The house has 9 beds and is suitable for two familys or one extended family. We are renting out the house including all equipment, such as lawndery, service and all devices for technical use and convenience. Electricity, heat and firewood are included in the rent.
Please note that the house is a non-smoker house. You are allowed to smoke outside on the terrace, but please don’t leave any cigaret-butts etc.
We have not yet contact to a local caretaker. We are able to swich on the heat from our home in Denmark one day before you will arive, but you will have to swich on the electricity and open for the water etc. when yo arive and shutdown the house when you are leaving (a practical manual is present).
Lots of snow falls in the winter. And because the cottage is positioned approx. 100 meter uphill, it can be a little challenge to walk the first path to the house and carry the luggage up to the house. However, we have a mountain-winch and a big sledge which can help you doing this.
The renting price is 3500DKK/470EUR a week in the summertime (1st of Apr. to 30th of Sept.) and 4500DKK/600EUR in winter (1st of oct. to 31.th of march).
In the weeks 7,8,42,52 and in the Easter, you have to add 500DKK/70EUR to the price. If you want to rent the house for less than 5 days, we can offer a slight reduce in the price, equivalent to our reduced costs for heat etc.
