It is a traditional Czech and Bohemian mointain cottage. The oldest parts are from app. 1848. It has been renovated in the traditional Krkronose style. The furniture in the sitting room is country style pinewood.

The cottage has its own waterworks and the kitchen is furnished with a gasstove and an electrical oven and a refrigerator.

In the bathroom is two showers and a washingmachine.

It is heated with electrical heating, additional petrolium-stove and a huge massoven for firewoods.

It is indeed a mountain cottage. The steepness of the slope is app. 30%. It can be quite a challenge for an inexperienced mouintain-trekker to walk the app. 150 m. up hill from the parkinglot at the Elbe to the house. Luckily we have an electrical mountain-winch and a big sledge to transport luggage, food and occasionally also grandparents from the Elbe to the cottage.

We have a approx. 250m long alpine ski lift on our land, (but it isn’t working for the moment).
